(CHALLENGES) Insurance often feels distant, complicated, and hard to relate to. For Medici, the challenge is to simplify its messaging while clearly communicating value and building lasting emotional trust. The brand must shift perception by making protection feel personal, supportive, and empowering. At the same time, Medici needs to visualize its unique ecosystem, where the company, its agent, and its customers form a connected triangle of care. This requires a design system that feels clear, human, and intentional, allowing the brand to stand apart in an industry often defined by cold logic and generic language.

Layơ Lab created a brand identity that expresses connection, resilience, and movement toward the future. It visualizes the relationship between Medici, its agents, and customers, reinforcing the brand’s mission of building a more secure, thriving Vietnam.

(BIG IDEA) The idea of “Open Doors” forms the heart of Medici’s brand story. Doors that open horizontally suggest not just access, but expansion: new paths, new beginnings, and shared growth. This symbol reflects how Medici brings people together through care, transparency, and collaboration. It becomes a metaphor for the brand’s role as a connector and enabler, opening up possibilities for both customers and collaborators. Every element of the identity, from layout to motion, is designed to echo this sense of invitation and progress. Through this lens, Medici is not just a service provider, but a trusted companion on the journey toward a healthier, more empowered life.

(IDENTITY) The brand’s main color is purple, created from red and blue, symbolizing the balance between human empathy and technological strength. This thoughtful blend anchors a palette that feels both modern and caring. Circular forms and open frames suggest movement, trust, and community. Editorial layouts prioritize breathing room, using clean type and spacious compositions to reflect clarity and transparency. Photography focuses on real people with joyful, diverse expressions, grounding the brand in lived experience. Every detail supports Medici’s vision: to be open, forward-thinking, and centered on people, creating a healthcare experience that feels both advanced and deeply human.

Visuals combine bold colors with real photography to highlight everyday moments of care, protection, and community. Each content module is designed for easy updates, making it suitable for both promotional campaigns and educational messages. Layouts stay clean and structured, allowing stories to shine without overwhelming the viewer. The system ensures consistency across all communication from corporate to collaborator channels helping Medici build stronger recognition, maintain trust, and remain relatable in the fast-changing digital landscape.
